Customer Satisfaction and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Notification of damaged or faulty items must be received in writing.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.
  2. Documentation: Ensure to include a copy of the delivery packing slip with your return.
  3. Return Period: Products must be received by Lytchett Living within 14 days of the return notification. Products received after this period may not be eligible for return.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

  • Refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product.
  • Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
